My parents love to communicate their love to me with acts of service and they are amazing in doing this and I love them for this 👫💕
For many years I was looking for affirmation from them and hardly received any. Often it felt like this is not good enough and I have to do this and this to finally get an affirmation or appreciation from them.
Already into my IT profession I came across kudos cards 💌 🤓 I’m an IT Team Coach, so I started to introduce those kudos cards into the teams I was coaching. Thinking maybe others are lacking affirmation and appreciation as well.
And the teams loved the cards and used them like certificates. Sometimes having a kudos card on their desk for months! And like Shawn Achor, who explains the 2 min appreciation he introduced in companies, I saw the big changes: Team spirit rose, motivation went up, productivity increased and many more … wow what amazing benefits ✨🚀

Now we are at the printer press for our second edition and this time the cards will be available also in German and English. So here some first impressions from the printer and I feel so grateful for the team making this possible
