High energy & Optimism
We want to put a ding in the universe and inspire teams worldwide to work in joy & happiness together on tough challenges. For this vision we work with high energy because we believe in Tony Robbins quote: “Where focus goes, energy flows”. This means that whatever we focus on expands and intensifies. In essence, we give life and power to whatever we focus on. So we decided to have an optimistic worldview and come with high energy to work. Because with this attitude we help our customers to also focus on the positive and high energy will support them to get where they want to.
05. We want to make this working world a better place – Big goal
80 % of people working worldwide are not engaged at work and as we are spending so much time there, we want to make work a joy. All our services & tools are focusing on how it can support our customers to make work a joy in teams. It is a big goal and thus we have to grow and learn quickly to inspire at least 1.000.000 teams by 2030 to make work a joy and increase the people who are engaged at work and can vividly say: Happy Monday!
06. We are different
and show this to the world
Our founder is regularly wearing red boots in business meetings or workshops. It is a reminder that there are no excuses (e.g. bad weather) but that we shape our own environment.
07. Awesome people
We are the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with and so we always want to raise our bar of awesomeness in the company. “A players attract A players”. So you want to grow as a person and become the best version of yourself your are in the right room.

We understand that great people want to start their own company and we believe in the entrepreneurial spirit. We train and mentor you to grow and become the best version of yourself and when you feel like you are ready or want to move on to start your own business we respect this.
