Nowadays, anyone looking for ways to improve their leadership skills or employee management will sooner or later come across the term “Kudos”. This word originates from the Greek language and has already become firmly established in English, for example. It is used synonymously for words like
used. Alternatively, “Kudos” can also be translated as “Hats off!” or “Well done!” – and expresses appreciation towards a person or an achievement. This is done via so-called Kudo or Kudos cards, on which the message is noted.

For example, the social connection value of a group thanking someone or praising a colleague is in the upper quartile – which puts them exactly where we want them to be – and is also filled with a higher and more productive energy.
Education should not consist only of rules, demands and strictness. Children learn most readily and quickly when they are praised for exemplary behavior. Why not try a praise card for children – e.g.
