How long has it been since you got or gave a #kudos from / to your colleges?

Why 7 days?

Why 7 days … This is one of the 12 questions Gallup asks in their engagement survey they are conducting every year around the planet To figure out how engaged the workforce is:

Receiving recognition for doing good work has a significant effect on your own performance. Praise or recognition can come in different forms and from different people.

Back to the survey of Gallup’s employee #engagement : Turns out since decades the figures remain roughly the same: around 80 % of the workforce worldwide is not engaged or even disengaged at work.

I’m always shocked by those numbers, because I believe work should be enjoyable and thus creating a productive work environment where you love to work and engage.

And one step to improve your work environment is to give #praise or recognition to your colleges. Why not start today and hand out some kudos to one of your #colleges?
