One of the great moments after the training is when I read the \u201cpostcards from the future\u201d from the participants\u202f\ud83d\udc8c\u202f<\/span><\/p><p>#kudos to Michael K Sahota for showing in your training this amazing tool of postcards from the future\u202f\ud83d\ude4f\u00a0<\/p><p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW33679813 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\">The participants reflect on the past workshop days, what they learned, achieved or can take back to work or their own life.<\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW33679813 BCX0\" style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-size ); text-align: var(--text-align);\" data-contrast=\"auto\">And then they write a postcard for the new participants which the new students will read in the next workshop on their first day.
