Last week I finished a 5-day online agile training for students at the Berner Fachhochschule BFH. One of the great moments after the training is when I read the “postcards from the future” from the participants 💌

The participants reflect on the past workshop days, what they learned, achieved or can take back to work or their own life.
And then they write a postcard for the new participants which the new students will read in the next workshop on their first day. What to focus while taking the workshop ✨📝
Reading those postcards make me feel very grateful of my life. Being able to fulfill my purpose of existence by inspiring people to become happier and grow as individuals, so they are able to create an environment for themselves and others to boost their productivity 🙏 ✨🚀
