We love this quote from Tony Robbins and it’s part of every Morning routine of our founder Sven Koble 🧘‍♂️🙏📝  Every day in the morning he writes 5 things he appreciated in the last 24 hours: People, situations, experiences 👤⛰️✨🙏 

Yesterday he watched a movie (“About time”) where the main actor was able to travel back in time and his father (with the same ability) gave him one final advice before he past away: “Try living the days twice: One time with all the tension and worries that stop us noticing how sweet the world can be, and the second time noticing” 📺✨
